Who runs this site

DevToolbox (dev-toolbox.site) is operated by Turan Aymış. For any question about this policy, write to [email protected].

Tools that run in your browser

Most tools work entirely in your browser. The text, files and images you enter are processed on your device and are not sent to our servers. Closing the tab removes them.

The site stores a few preferences in your browser's local storage: the selected theme, whether the tools panel is open, and the list of recently used tools. You can delete them at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

Tools that use a server

Webhook Catcher and Temp Mail need a server to receive requests and emails. The requests and messages you receive are stored there for one hour and then deleted. The server does not store the sender's IP address or the headers that identify the sender. Anyone who knows an address can send to it, so do not treat these inboxes as private.

Do These Packages Exist? sends only the package names you choose to check to the public npm and PyPI registries, and only after you press the check button. Your code is never sent.

Advertising and cookies

The site uses Google AdSense to show advertisements. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your previous visits to this site and other sites. You can learn how Google uses data in advertising at Google's partner-site policy, and manage personalised ads in your Google Ads Settings. Your browser settings can also block or delete cookies.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use by writing to the address above. In Turkey this follows the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK); in the European Union, the GDPR.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will change with it.
